Mark Fallone’s artistic eye offers something much more than just Pittsburgh’s beauty, he captures the very soul of the Steel City. Fallone’s first photographic series is called “FROM MY CAR: Pittsburgh” and his bright new perspective inspires us with every frame.
Appropriately titled, these shots were taken from his car. Fallone was driving home from work and happened to have his camera in the front seat. From this vantage point, he noticed a beautiful angle of the city and wanted to freeze the moment. To stay safe, he couldn’t use his camera’s viewfinder…. so he was just pointing and shooting — using his professional intuition to guide him through the focal light. The results were breathtaking as the mundane transformed into works of art.
Fallone’s hobby quickly turned into a collection and his first professional photography show was held at The Sewickley Gallery and Frame Shop where you can buy his prints. Look for his new collection soon called “WHERE WE LIVE: Pittsburgh.”
An extremely talented producer and director, Fallone is the vice president of programming and development for New Perspective Productions.
